We make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.
Shipments are sent out via UPS.
Handling Fees - For all orders under $40, there is a handling fee of $3 added to the total.
FREE Insurance - Shipping Insurance is issued free.
Shipping Times - We ship all orders out within 2-5 business days. We often are able to make same day shipments for no additional charge.
Back orders and Out of Stock Policy - Some times shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges. Please note that it is rare that this will occur but uncontrollable circumstances may cause shortages.
All risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS). Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance if desired.
